The President of the South Council, Mr. Hashem Haidar, accompanied by the former Vice President, Engineer Jean Mikhail, presented to President Aoun the council's activities during this delicate phase in Lebanon's history. President Aoun commended the efforts made by Engineer Mikhail during his tenure as Vice President of the Council.
